USSCo  offers modern bistro dining with a menu based around ethically-produced, fresh quality ingredients. We try to source locally wherever possible. Our handwritten menu is updated almost daily, changing with seasonal and product availability. 
Our dishes can be tailored to suit vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
